Native On the Run’s mission and purpose is to inspire others through a shared journey. We believe whole health is gained through practice with the willingness to learn, listen and be patient with the process of changing behavior. But first have the faith, love and hope in your ability to be whole.

Ya’at’teeh (Hello) my name is Sasha and I am happy you are visiting our website. I want to share my stories being a Navajo rez girl, mother and military veteran who has a passion for living a healthier lifestyle. In 2013, I completed my certificate in Whole Health and Wellness; to this day the education provided has driven me to share what my take-away is about Whole Health while inspiring others to achieve being whole.

Ya’at’teeh, my name is Jennifer , and I was born and raised on the Navajo Reservation. I am also a mother and a USAF veteran. I am a current student studying Massage Therapy at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies. I am interested in sharing my thoughts and stories as I’m learning more about whole health and everything connected. Please tagged along with us in our journey to better understanding the meaning of, “WHOLE HEALTH.”
